Job description
For an international company in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for a French-speaking credit controller. In this challenging role, you will join a close-knit Finance team of 10 colleagues where there is a great working atmosphere. As a credit controller/ debt collector, you will primarily focus on assessing new and existing customers to determine if they qualify for credit, sending periodic payment reminders, and calling customers to prompt payment.
What will you be doing?
- You will be the first point of contact for clients regarding financial issues
- Maintain contact with customers, both by phone and email
- Transfer and keep in touch with the collection agency
- Handling automatic collections
- Handling refunds from customers
- Assessing new and existing customers' eligibility to pay by invoice
Requirements
- Work experience within credit control, knowing you like doing it!
- 32-40 hours per week available
- You speak French and English
