Commercial (Project) Controller– Smart Infrastructure

• Financial and contractual project management (sales & execution)
• Active involvement in legal and contractual matters
• Risk, claim and change management
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and project reporting
• Steering the project team and managing internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting sales with bids, pricing and cost calculations
• Negotiating with suppliers and aligning with finance managers
• Coordinating processes such as insurance and taxation
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues

Strong communication skills are key in this role. You are able to engage, influence and align stakeholders across different functions and cultures. You have experience working in a project-driven environment and enjoy taking ownership.

Additionally, you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Economics or similar
• Experience as a Project Controller or in a Control role
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, IFRS is preffered
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• A proactive, detail-oriented and coaching mindset
