Job Purpose & Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and processing payments of the TA department.
• Database Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordination: Coordinate logistics for recruitment events and career fairs.
• Screening: Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for Internships recruitment requests.
• Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and provide suggestions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
