Credit Controller French / English in Rijswijk
You are responsible to assure overdue payments will be maximum reduced. To accomplish this mission, you will be having contact with (B2B) debtors by phone and email on a daily basis, making sure the payments for the services provided will be done on time. The way of approaching debtors is commercial minded.
If there are payment issues related to financial situations, deliveries, complaints, alternative agreements with Sales, Finance, Customer Service etc, you will be chasing internally to get things done asap and issues will be solved to secure the payments as desired.
You will also deliver periodic reports to management regarding progress in your own debtor portfolio.
So, collections calls, dispute management, reporting, it is all-in the game!
The perfect profile
- Work experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
- French as well as your English (company language) language skills are at excellent level
- Highly motivated person and customer service - minded way of handling
