For an international organization in Breda we are hiring an Accounts Receivable Administrator. We have a vacancy for 32-40 hours a week. We prefer candidates who are available on a short term. You will be responsible for a high volume of processing accounts receivable transactions for international locations around the world. Your primary mandate will be to ensure outstanding receivables remain within company targets, and that appropriate accounts receivable process and systems are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Record receipts.
  • Identify and investigate any banking discrepancies, and reconcile unidentified payments.
  • Process refunds for overpayments, bid deposits, collapses, price adjustments, and tax adjustments.
  • Generate invoices
  • Reconcile AR sub-ledger to general ledger.
  • Assist with month end closing and reporting.

Functie eisen

  • At least 1 year of experience in an AR department.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
