International Credit Management Employee
Job description
• Secure that all contractual conditions are applied correctly true all systems to ensure consistency of the Order to Cash processes.
• Manage and solve all customer disputes and take actions to avoid repetition
• Contact customers by phone or email
• Visit customers all over Europe when you think this is necessary
• Maintain and build good relationships with important internal and external stakeholders (CFO, OtC director etc.)
• Your able to discuss and negotiate invoice related issues and contractual conditions, when needed
• Monitor continuously your portfolio to ensure all targets are met
Your profile
• HBO education level or HBO working experience level
• Minimum 7 years work experience within credit management
• Experience with large international collections portfolio’s in a Business to Business environment
• Excellent communication- and negotiation skills at all sort of levels (up to CFO level)
• Able to give presentations
• Excellent Excel skills
• You master (at least) the English and Dutch language fluently, it’s a plus if you master any other European languages
